The charged workpiece carrier is fed to the individual assembly stations via a workpiece carrier circulating system.

Worker 1:
      • Charging workpiece carriers with components (upper and lower part) in the correct position
      • Specially adapted contour mold prevents incorrect charging

Station 1:

      • Feeding and preassembly of molding plates

Station 2:

      • Checking whether molding plates are present
      • Pressing the molding plates at the end position

Station 3:

      • High voltage test of upper parts
      • Marking the upper parts

Worker 1:

      • Manually inserting the plates
      • Clipping the plates using the hand lever
