Greasing device for interior guides
- Dispensing device for greasing interior parts

Assembly system for angular gear stages
- 3 different component types

- The position of the aluminum flange is determined by means of an upstream camera system and transmitted to the control system
- The assembly process is carried out using an electric 2-axis gantry and integrated 360° rotating unit
- The RFID read/write unit at the system infeed is used to determine which component is required, which component is required > uninterrupted production from batch size 1
Assembly and testing system for car door handles
- Automated assembly and testing station with manual assembly
